A continuous intensive mixer rotates the mixing drum simultaneously, simultaneously generating a force that shears the material in the centrifugal agitator. The resulting velocity differential within the complex flow achieves a fine, fine mixing effect, resulting in intense mixing motion, high efficiency, and uniform mixing quality.
Co-Nele continuous intensive mixer consists of three components. These components can be used flexibly when designing your mixing process. This achieves continuous mixing, reduces the number of unloading steps, and allows for simultaneous mixing and unloading, significantly improving throughput per unit time.
