Muller Mixer is used in building materials, concrete, refractory, chemical, casting, metallurgy, ceramics, glass and other industries to solve the problem of high homogeneity mixing process.
The muller mixer roller is designed as a lifting structure, which can be adjusted for pressure and has the function of retaining pressure overflow, so that the material is rolled more thoroughly and ideally, and the mixed material is more dense, fewer pores and better performance.
CONELE muller mixer roller is guided by the guide rail, and can move up and down according to the height of the material. The roller has been rolling the material, making the rolling effect of the material more ideal. The edge scraper sends the raw materials scattered around the plate to the rolling range of the roiler. The role of high-speed rotor is to break and disperse some agglomerated materials produced in the process of mixing and adding liquid. The function of the mxing rotor is to shove the compacted material and roll it again, so that the material in the material tray can be uniformly mixed after sufficient mixing rolling, treaking and other actions.
