I. Project Background

Honeycomb zeolite, as an important environmentally friendly functional material, is widely used in industrial waste gas treatment, VOCs adsorption and desorption, and as a catalyst carrier. Its typical structure features a high specific surface area, regular honeycomb pores, and good strength, which places extremely high demands on the uniformity of raw material mixing, granulation stability, and particle plasticity.

II. Equipment Selection Scheme
To address the need for highly homogeneous mixing and stable granulation in honeycomb zeolite production, this project selected the CO-NELE CRV24 honeycomb zeolite mixing and granulation machine as the core front-end process equipment.

Applicable Materials: High-fineness powders, high-viscosity wet materials, functional ceramics, and environmentally friendly materials
III. Process Application Description
In actual production, the adsorbent granulator undertakes the critical task of integrated "mixing + granulation" treatment of honeycomb zeolite:
- High-Efficiency Homogeneous Mixing
Through the synergistic action of the high-speed rotor and directional scraper, the equipment achieves sufficient dispersion and coating of zeolite powder, binder, and water in a short time, avoiding local agglomeration or component segregation.
- Controllable Wet Granulation
By precisely controlling the water addition amount, rotor speed, and mixing time, the material gradually transforms from a powder state into particles or agglomerates with good plasticity, providing ideal material properties for subsequent honeycomb molding.
- Stable Particle Size and Consistency

The granulated material particles have a uniform structure and consistent moisture content, effectively improving the molding stability and pore integrity of the honeycomb preform.

IV. Application Effects and Customer Feedback
After the molecular sieve granulator was put into use, it brought significant improvements to the honeycomb zeolite production line:
- Single batch output capacity of 1000L, meeting the needs of continuous production.
- Significantly improved material mixing uniformity, resulting in more stable molding.
- Complete honeycomb structure and high pore formation rate.
- Significantly improved product strength and consistency.
- Reduced rework rate and improved overall production efficiency.
Customer feedback indicates that the equipment operates stably and reliably when processing high specific surface area and high water absorption zeolite powders, providing reliable assurance for the large-scale and standardized production of honeycomb zeolites.
