How does the CR laboratory intensive mixer operate?

1. After the power supply is turned on, the power indicator light on the interface of the control system, the closing limit of the cylinder cover, and the closing limit of the cylinder are on.

Start the stirring device and the stirring cylinder, check whether the rotation direction of the rotor and cylinder is consistent with the customized direction (according to the characteristics of the material, the rotor is customized in advance to rotate forward or reverse), the materials and additives are added through the feeding port, and the mixing state of the materials is checked from the observation port. The rotational speed can be adjusted during the mixing process according to the process requirements, and the rotational speed can be increased by rotating clockwise. Turn counterclockwise to reduce the speed.
3. After meeting the requirements, close the mixing device and the mixing cylinder (when the mixing device does not stop running, it is forbidden to turn over the cover and the cylinder body), open the cylinder cover, drive the cylinder to turn over the discharge, and start the mixing cylinder auxiliary rapid discharge. After the discharge is complete, close the mixing cylinder and clean the mixing device and cylinder with a brush and other tools.
4. After cleaning, first turn the cylinder back in place, then turn the cover back in place, press the emergency stop button, turn off the air switch.
