CONELE intensive mixer is suitable for paste section in lead-acid battery production. It can automatically complete lead powder feeding, weighing of lead powder, weighing of acid water, feed acid water, quick paste mixing and lead paste storage functions.

Lead acid paste mixing machine features:
1. Where contact with lead acid are made of stainless steel material, rotary paste inner cylinder machining using a processing forming;
2. The gap between the wall and bottom scraper assembly and the inner cylinder wall and bottom of the rotating paste should be adjusted within 1mm;
3. Reducer rotation is flexible, work balance, no special noise, continuous operation for 1 hour after the bearing temperature rise is not more than 45°C, and replace the lubricating oil. Reducer sealed well, no oil leakage.
