Recently, CO-NELE Machinery, a leading manufacturer of intensive mixer granulators, has successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a Taiwan, China new material customer specializing in silicon carbide (SiC) processing. The customer purchased one set of CR15 Intensive Mixer Granulator (100L) for mass production of SiC micro powder granulation, a key solution for Taiwan SiC granulation equipment needs. This cooperation marks that CO-NELE's granulation equipment has once again gained recognition from high-end new material customers across the Taiwan Strait, and further expanding its influence in the global SiC equipment market.

The Taiwan customer focuses on high-precision SiC granulation, with a strict requirement for the granule size of 0.1mm (100μm). As SiC micro powder granulation is crucial for the performance of downstream products such as advanced ceramics and third-generation semiconductors, the customer put forward extremely high standards for granule uniformity, fluidity, and batch stability to ensure the consistency of subsequent molding and sintering processes.

To avoid process risks and ensure mass production effect, the customer first sent SiC raw materials to CO-NELE's experimental center. CO-NELE used a 1L laboratory small-scale granulator to carry out a full-process simulation of mass production, completely replicating the actual production conditions, including mixing speed, granulation time, and material ratio. The entire granulation cycle was only 3 minutes, which fully demonstrated the high efficiency of CO-NELE's granulation technology and met the high-efficiency SiC granulation requirements of global customers.

After the experiment, the finished granules were subject to preliminary fluidity testing and particle size detection. The test results showed that the particle size of the finished product was accurately and stably controlled at 0.1mm (100μm), fully meeting the customer's requirements. At the same time, the sphericity, compactness, and fluidity of the granules also reached the high-end standard, which can perfectly match the customer's dry pressing molding and sintering processes. The experimental data and process effect have won high recognition from the Taiwan customer.
Based on the excellent results of the laboratory test, the customer officially selected CO-NELE's CR15 100L medium-production line intensive mixer granulator as the core equipment for mass production. The CR series intensive mixer granulator adopts an inclined cylinder + high-speed rotor composite motion structure, which can quickly complete the integrated processing of SiC powder mixing and granulation. It has the core advantages of:
Making it an ideal choice for 100μm SiC granulation for advanced ceramics.
In addition, the CR15 Intensive Mixer Granulator is designed with wear-resistant materials, which can effectively reduce metal contamination during the granulation process, ensuring the purity of SiC granules — a key requirement for high-end SiC applications such as semiconductors and photovoltaics. It can not only undertake small-batch pilot production but also seamlessly connect with large-scale mass production, perfectly adapting to the high-end preparation scenarios of SiC powder for third-generation semiconductors and advanced ceramics.
From laboratory small-scale test to pilot production and mass production, this cooperation fully reflects CO-NELE's service concept of "verifying processes through experiments and ensuring quality through equipment". As a professional manufacturer of powder granulation equipment, CO-NELE has long been committed to providing integrated solutions for global new material enterprises, including process research and development, small-scale experiments, and mass production equipment.

For customers in Taiwan, China and global markets, CO-NELE provides localized technical support and after-sales service, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and solving the worries of customers in the production process. This cooperation not only strengthens the in-depth cooperation between CO-NELE and Taiwan new material enterprises but also promotes the high-quality coordinated development of the cross-strait new material industry, providing reliable CO-NELE SiC granulator after-sales service for Taiwan customers.
In the future, CO-NELE will continue to deepen the field of high-end powder equipment such as silicon carbide, advanced ceramics, and new energy materials, optimize product performance and service quality, and use professional granulation technology and reliable equipment to help global customers achieve efficient and high-quality production, and continue to enhance the global influence of Chinese equipment brands.
