The CR intensive granulating mixer is a special equipment for granulation in ceramic industry. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, full automatic control and no dust pollution.

Petroleum proppant production process: First broken by the crusher, then transported to the distribution bin. After mixing with other materials, the material is fed into a ball mill and ground into powder. A classifier will be used for sizing. The material will be fed into the silo again. The raw material will then go into the pelletizing machine and be made into pellets of different sizes. Pellets are sent to the screening facility. Pellets of qualified size will be transported to a rotary kiln for calcining. Oversized pellets will be sent back for grinding.
After the pellets are calcined by the rotary kiln, the qualified product ceramic sand is obtained. Finally, the ceramic sand is cooled by the cooling machine, and the oil fracturing proppant of different particle sizes is obtained after screening, and the production process is finished.

The ceramic proppant produced by the intensive granulating mixer has the advantages of high strength, pressure resistance, wear resistance, good roundness, impact resistance and permeability resistance.
