The intensive mixer can adapt to a variety of production needs, so that the material can achieve the best mixing uniformity in a short time, and play the following functions in cement bonded particle board production.

1. Mixing. Intensive mixers can use tools such as high-speed rotors and multi-functional scrapers to fuse two or more materials to prepare the mixture required for production.
2. Homogenization. Powerful mixer can stabilize raw meal ingredients, cut multiple layers, improve the quality of raw materials and make them fully mixed.
3. Kneading.
