In the refractory materials industry, high-performance refractory bricks place extremely high demands on the uniformity, stability, and reliability of raw material mixing. Products such as mullite bricks and magnesium iron aluminum spinel bricks typically have complex raw material systems, high material viscosity, and strong abrasiveness and corrosiveness, posing a severe challenge to the structural strength and mixing capacity of mixing equipment.
A refractory materials manufacturer selected two CONELE CR19 750L intensive mixers as key mixing equipment for the large-scale production of various high-end refractory products during a production line upgrade.

The CR19 750L intensive mixer is a mature model developed by CONELE specifically for the refractory materials industry. It adopts an inclined intensive mixing structure, creating a strong three-dimensional turbulent mixing effect between the high-speed rotor and the mixing container, thoroughly shearing, tumbling, and dispersing the materials.
In this project, the equipment primarily handles the mixing process of refractory materials such as mullite bricks and magnesia-ferroalumina spinel bricks. Whether it's fine powder, aggregates, or various functional additives, highly uniform mixing can be achieved in a short time, providing a stable and reliable mixture foundation for subsequent molding and firing processes.
