CONELE provided a modular ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) fast-moving batching plant, equipped with a CMP1000 planetary mixer, for a C120 concrete road paving project. Designed for rapid relocation and quick setup, this portable station enabled on-site production of UHPC, significantly enhancing project efficiency.

The modular design allows the entire plant to be quickly disassembled, transported, and reassembled, making it ideal for multi-site and distributed construction applications while substantially shortening the project timeline. The two-story layout positions the UHPC mixer on the upper level, with the lower floor reserved for material handling.

Equipped with the CO-NELE CMP1000 vertical planetary mixer, the station ensures thorough dispersion of micro-steel fibers in C120-grade concrete through a combination of revolving and rotating motions. This process prevents fiber balling or damage, allowing the final structure to achieve the designed ultra-high strength, toughness, and durability.
